Welcome to Tri Murve, a place where the history of one family intertwines with the flavors of Istrian tradition.
Our story begins in Vozilići in 1975, when my parents, Biserka and Boris Boneta, opened the doors of our restaurant on the ground floor of the family house.
I am Vanesa, I was born in this house, and since 2014, together with my husband Damir, I am proudly continuing the family business. We are particularly pleased that our son Stefan joined us in 2022, marking the third generation of our culinary journey.
Gastronomy with a signature of the hearth
Our kitchen is based on collaboration with local family farms and a love for homegrown produce. We take pride in:
- Homemade pasta that we knead ourselves.
- Kvarner shrimp from our local fisherman.
- Top-quality aged meat prepared over wood charcoal.
A special experience is offered by our open fireplace – in winter in the warmth of the interior, and in summer on the terrace – where we prepare and serve dishes directly in front of you, nurturing a unique style of preparation that celebrates the original taste of the ingredients.
